Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via our online checkout (PayMongo) or verified bank/GCash transfer.
  • A booking confirmation email with your unique booking reference number and PDF voucher will be sent to your registered email address within minutes of payment.
  • Your booking reference number is required for all communications, changes, and tour entry.
  • Bookings made online are subject to real-time availability. If your chosen date becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you immediately to reschedule or refund.

2. Guest Requirements

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued ID on the day of the tour.
  • The name on the booking must match the ID presented by the lead guest.
  • Guests must be in good physical health. Those with heart conditions, epilepsy, or recent surgeries should consult a doctor before booking adventure or diving tours.
  • Minimum age requirements vary per tour — please check individual tour pages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
  • For diving tours, basic swimming ability is required. We offer introductory dives for non-certified divers under direct instructor supervision.

3. What to Bring

  • Printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation/voucher.
  • Valid government-issued ID (Passport for foreign nationals).
  • Reef-safe sunscreen (regular chemical sunscreens damage coral and are discouraged).
  • Light clothing, swimwear, and a change of clothes.
  • Cash for personal expenses (food, drinks, tips, optional add-ons).
  • Waterproof bag or case for your phone and valuables.
  • Any required prescription medications.

4. Tour Modifications

  • Itineraries may be modified at the discretion of our guides due to weather conditions, tidal changes, or Coast Guard advisories.
  • We reserve the right to substitute stops of equivalent quality if the primary destination is inaccessible.
  • Tour duration may vary ±1 hour due to conditions, group size, and logistics.
  • We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or other bookings due to tour delays caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

  • IslandTrips PH carries liability insurance for all tours operated by us.
  • Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip.
  • IslandTrips PH is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours.
  • By completing a booking, guests agree to follow all safety instructions given by guides and crew. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

6. Photography & Privacy

  • Our guides may take photos/videos during tours for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.
  • Guests are welcome to photograph and share their experiences on social media — we love being tagged!
