We confirm cancellation

We'll confirm your cancellation request within 2 hours during business hours (8AM–8PM Philippine Time).

Refund processed

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🌊 Weather & Force Majeure

If your tour is cancelled by us due to bad weather, Coast Guard suspension, or other safety reasons, you will receive a 100% full refund or free rescheduling — your choice. We monitor weather conditions daily and will notify you 24 hours in advance if cancellation is likely.
